There's only one step of being a more respected member of our society than being a member of this guild and it's being a Conrus. Only the most formidable masks will be chosen.

Equipment

With strongly varying fields of activity and acess to the nation's storage they may choose the finest materials, tools and weapons if needed for their task. It usually despites their honour, but when a guild member is noticed as being too wasteful it is one way for them to loose their rank.

Structure

Structurwise the guild is probably the most dynamic, in fact it makes one of their greatest strengths. For the most projects a single Honrus is assigned and accompanied by his scholar. If more are needed a Conrus can set a crew or they may commit themselves, still if the situation requires they collectively restructure and reassign accordingly, giving report to The Council.
In the guild there are no definite ranks, just their own set of honours for different fields of skills, achievements and special experience. For the will of exchange, you could say, they move in various departments focused on specific skillsets like military, crafting and sciences being the main ones.

Training

To be chosen for the guild you have to achieve your genius in a particular skill, a rare and broad skillset or you are an uprising new mask. There are members of every profession, but to the most part they all have alike a deep will, bright mind and great leadership skills aimed towards the greater good of Lucem Edi.
A Honrus is free to ask for any training, teaching or intelligence they need to bring out the best in their skills. They are all needed to collectively attend military training and tactics. Thus they're not only the protectors of the nation, but accumulators and keepers of our nation's wisdom too and regularly hold lectures as well as demonstrations for the people, guilds in particular.

A Honrus can be assigned to any project or operation of relevance for Lucem Edi. Depending on the situation they are chosen by their skillset alone or in groups to supervise, coordinate or investigate. For their tasks they may mobilize fitting guilds and free masks. Common task is the defense of the nations, so most military guilds are commanded by members the council's guild, a constant topic being the fortification and guarding of The Wilderness's border. On the other side there are large construction projects and thus the delegation of craftsmen guilds or the leading of the most relevant scientific researches as more peaceful examples.
