Zeremit symbolism

Bandages and cut Ropes

"So this little piece of rope has more of a meaning?" "We believe in what Ormir Zeremi said to the people. The Lucemi are the ones pushing the nation ahead, not our deity. Their power is just burrowed from us and so the Divasa was just a smart trick to gain back control. Following the deitie's teachings is just an illusion of doing the best for us. Following the power that lies within us we could achieve way greater things than they're telling us."
— A Zeremit loosing his fassade
Not many secrets are held tight in our society, there's no reason to do so. One of these is an allegedly existing organization of Lucemi that believed in the words and thoughts spread by Ormir Zeremi also leading to him openly sharing his distrust in our deity. People fought back with the Divasa in their hands. After the war finished 5 masks with rolls of bandages and cut rope were found in front of the city hall's balcony, the Lucemi who laid down their masks were never seen again. It is subtle, but this has established as a symbol for the ones taken umbrage in Ormir's words. Zeremits let a piece of bandage or cut rope hang out of their pockets. It has taken quite a while until the first bursted out with the truth, for long it was turned down as coincidence. They seem to symbolize the care for Ormir's wounds in his day long fight and the cutting of the ties with our deity. Teachings of Ormir are passed down, some of his writings are presumed to be in the Zeremits' hands. I wish we could open up the discussion about this topic, but the structures behind don't seem to care about this approach. I fear that some day they will try to topple our structure when our nation once more enters a critical situation.
