Ritual Casting: Once per day during a short rest, you can cast a Ritual Spell of a level you are able to conjure: 1st at 2nd-level, 2nd at 4th-level, 3rd at 6th-level, 4th at 8th-level, 5th at 10th level. You cast this spell as a Ritual and regain the ability to do after finishing a long rest.
Trance: Elves don’t need to sleep. Instead, they meditate deeply, remaining semiconscious, for 4 hours a day. While in Trance, you can dream with full control; such dreams are actually mental exercises that have become reflective throughout years of practice. After resting in this way, you gain the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep.
