Agnessa

Agnessa and her brother Daniil were captured and sold into slavery after a raid on their village when Agnessa was 10. Daniil is 10 years older and with his expertise in woodworking was able to save up money to free himself. This drove a wedge between him and his sister that widened when Daniil choose to buy the freedom of his wife, Dunyasha. Agnessa continues to live in her owner's home where she is the caretaker for the master's sickly son. Daniil has three children with his wife, the oldest being Emil, who is 13 and who had been missing for several weeks. Dunyasha is heavily pregnant and her husband suffering a shoulder injury at the moment so Agnessa has begged permission from her owners to go and find Emil. She secretly suspects that her dalliances in darker magics has made her family a target.
Agnessa is well educated in the use of local herbs and other plants for both medicinal and poison purposes. Through careful application, she has encouraged the malingering condition of her owner's son. This has afforded Agnessa special treatment in the household. She will ply the mistress of the house for favors on the behalf of other slaves and poor villagers in exchange for them taking the Krivda that should fall on her.
She is doting to her nieces and nephew but will privately, viciously seek to punish any who speak down to her. Her ill temper, plain looks, and infertility has led to her being unmarried at 26.
After coming to Dubno, Agnessa discovered her nephew in the form of a dog. He had drunk from a cursed stream near their village and became transformed. He was then found by the rest of the party members, who took the dog with them to Dubno, with hope that he would be cured at the famous Monastery of the Caves. After arriving, she met with the party members, and accompanied them into the caves, where, against her advice, the dog drank from a strange stream that may have been the Spring of Renewal. She had earlier made a deal with a a powerful presence in a mucky pond that promised her access to the stream on his behalf. Agnessa agreed to do so.
Aggressively plain with a bad personality in addition to her infertility. Destined to be a spinster crone. Her left hand is heavily scared from necrotic damage. She keeps it wrapped in bandages.
