An unclean owner of the forest
This was a curious horned, hairy man that Chonkorchuk discovered near the River of Fire as he was looking for a way to cross. The man was wearing his clothes backwards, and shoes on the wrong feet, and was obviously not human. He demanded tribute from the hermit for trespassing on what he called his domain, and would not countenance the fact that he was in Baba Yaga's service. Thinking it better to avoid confrontation, Chonkorchuk turned himself invisible, and made good his escape.
The forest owner has not been seen by any of the companions since. He is presumably still there, near the River of Fire.
