The Edict of Lumena Sovereignty

A document written during the Great Upheaval speaks up against totalitarian rule, mass execution, child sacrifice, torture and the responsibility of the elite to the populous as well as detailing the roles of the Keepers in Lumena Society as “participates, nurturers and rulers of last resort not as conquerors or tyrants, but as elder brothers and sisters.” It's written in both Ancient and the verison of common spoken during that time.

It's signatories inculde the current king of the Time Clan, his siblings, Colonel Andrew Goldblade's parents, 3 Horaces and a variety of other people whose standing are only known by the Old Ones.

Purpose

A declaration decrying the actions of Zairlos and his followers and outlining the role of the leaders and elites of Lumena.
