Anatomy
Four limbs, two bat-like wings, claws at the end of each paw, water dragons have webbed talons, pretty typical dragon stuff. Two horns. Scaly, with large teeth, strong, large tail, covered in spikes
Growth Rate & Stages
Dragons are full grown at 50 years, and considered an elder at 250. They are only a 1/2 foot tall, 1 ft long, 2 ft wide with wings spread out, 1/3 ft without it, at birth, but adults tend to be about 5 ft tall, 10 ft long, 20 ft wingspan, about 3 ft wide without wings. They can get as much as 20 ft tall, 40 ft long, 80 ft wingspan, about 6 ft wide without wings. They are able to fly from 1 year, fire from birth
Ecology and Habitats
They live everywhere, optimal enviorment depends on the type of dragon. Typical sky dragons prefer mountains, marsh dragons like swamps, water dragons stay in water, plant dragons stay in the rainforest, snow dragons stay in the colder regions, desert dragons in the desert. Regardless of type, they will make a nest and collect various items
Dietary Needs and Habits
They are a carnivore, and tend to hunt by flying overhead and diving down on their prey, burning it with fire. They keep their food in their nests

Behaviour
If it sees you as prey, they will attack, if not then it will be friendly unless if you harm it. It is widely known never to run from a dragon, as then they will see you as prey. If you have food on you, give them it, and slowly back away from the food. Never touch a dragons hoard, as they will then attack you.

Body Tint, Colouring and Marking
Depends on the type of dragon
Water: Green, blue, teal. Stripes throughout body which the dragon can glow. They have a language using these. Webbed talons.
Ice: White, Blue, gray. Wing membrane almost completly transparent
Plant: Rainbow colors.
Swamp: Brown, dark orange, yellow and red. Talons lighter color then the rest of the body.
Sky: Red, orange, yellow
Night: Black, purple, with silver scales, commonly on the outside of the eyes, and underside of the wings
Golden: Gold, they sparkle
