Lyamia (Lie-Yam-E-Ya)

Lyamia is the main world that this is set in.

Geography

Lyamia has three continents and several islands. Each continent has a different climate. The continents are Nira, Ora, and Riori. They have no real name, however, as these are merely the names of the nations on each continent. The ocean is gentle and ideal for swimming and boating, with warm salt water. Each continent has an inland sea, with varying conditions-the ones on Nira and Riori are surrounded by a cold climate. The one on Ora is surroned by desert. Nira has two mountain ranges, the gentle and cool Rosefil Peaks, and the moderate and somewhat cold Smilita Mountains closer to the lake. It has a varying climate, with desert, savannah, forest, polar, marsh, and grassland. The lake is cool, with excellent conditions for sailing. The forest has a lot of trees, good soil, and is covered in streams and rivers, making the conditions optimal. The savannah and desert are both small and mild. The plains have a large amount of space and streams and lakes are common. The marsh is a clear and picturesqe place, with cherry blossom trees and huge lily pads. Ora has one harsh, dry, and scorching hot mountain range, the Leemiota Peaks. Most of the continent is swallowed up with the Yellow Frontier, a gentle, hot and dry desert, except for nearby the sea, an optimal area with moderate tempatures and humidity, which is known as the Fountain of Summer. The sea itself is called the Arborfolk Deep, a vast, cool sea, with strange creatures in the depths of the ocean. The remainder of the continent is covered in the Munawaki Savanna, covered in sparse vegitation, with a hot and somewhat dry climate. Riori also has one mountain range, the harsh, freezing and icy Amtara Hills. While not nearly as high as the other mountain ranges, it has extremly harsh conditons and it is very respectable to have scaled those mountains, as many have died attempting it. It has a chilly forest full of pine trees. It has a large amount of hills, with slightly chilly weather. It has a cold polar region, abundent in ice and snow.

Climate

In Riori, it tends to be cold and moderatly humid, with nonstop snow in the winter, and sometimes hail in spring. The Homo Fidelis inhabiting it can handle the tempatures that can get as low as -100 degrees In Ora, it tends to be hot and dry, with tempatures in the summer getting as high as 200 degrees in some places. But the Homo Velox inhabiting the region are well adjusted to the heat, though this can be an issue for visitors of other species
