Hibora

Dwarv settlement located at the northern most location within Shularix. Hiboria is the northernmost settlement within Shularix. The Dwarv living here have built a collection of seeds from plants in as many cultures as they could. Additionally they have learned to survive by digging into the mountainside, it was here they came across a lava pit within. The heat rose through the tunnel and melted some of the ice and snow on the outside, this led the Dwarv of Hibora to learn to create their own vents for steam and smoke and learned to control this combination where they were able to build a make shift garden to grow various plants. Around this garden they built a domain around the peak of the nearby mountain that provides the sunlight needed for the plants to grow. while preventing the cold temperatures from affecting it.  Largest trade, rare forms of flowers and crops.
The city itself is seperated in two locations, one is at the base of the mountain, and the other is at the top of the path.To traverse the mountians more easily the Dwarv of Hibora have domesticated Great Goats that are more easily able to traverse the mountainside. Additionally they have tamed mammoths that are used for caravans and making the travels south for their trades.
Due to the cold tempermant, few outsiders ever make their way to Hibora.
Leader: Seidroker, also known as Seid, is the leader of Hibora tribes. Bald head, covered in tattoos, with a small beard for a dwarf that is well kept.
Religion: This town primarily follows Koli, with the clear view of the stars, twin moons, and the aura's they believe all to be blessings of Koli himself.
