Hellian Imperium
Demography and Population
Most of the Empires inhabitants live near the coasts for most of the industry is there, the walled coastal cities have plenty of industry and business opportunity. Every year new people from further inland migrate south to start a new life. The more laid back attitude towards magic has lead to some discoveries in the medicinal practices increasing the average lifespan of the empires residents gradually growing the population.
Territories
The Hellian Imperium Holds most of the lands north east of the Sea of Angels, all the way from the Clover hills to the Netherese waists. The realm extends northward hugging the Barvista river and the surrounding lands. The open plains in the empires north provide most of the food and raw resources to the whole of it. The most north counties enjoy a lot of autonomy to the point of being semi-autonomous states, the largest of them is the County of Alverdorf.
Military
The Hellian Imperium has the largest navy in the former Dundarian Empire, most of it is used in trade and it's protection, the army is mostly comprised of recruited peasants that go through a hard training regiment before going out to the field, the Army leaders are mostly nobles or their children who trained with the priests of Tempus. The spearhead of the army is the Cataphract cavalry composed of well armed and extremely well trained warriors of a noble heritage, the best of those form a special unit of Gryffon knights.
Technological Level
Technology has been spreading in Hellias cities, technology that before was only used in Velenthor or by Imperial armies. The progressive view on magic and alchemy have led to advancement in medicine allowing for longer life spans not just for the rich but also to the less fortunate. There are a few magic circles that are active, abjuration magic is active in the major institutions and government run Buildings.
Foreign Relations
Hellia has a formally friendly relationship With the Principality of Xerograd and The Kingdom of Veluca, because of a mutual defence and trade pacts. The Imperiums major rivals Are Armo and Histania. Histania holds Major tariffs on trade and basically price gouge and make tons of gold from all trade passing though weather it be from Alinor or Hellia. The Kingdom of Armor and The Hellian Imperrium have been rivals since the fall of the Dundarian Empire. The Imperium wants to see themselves as the inheritors of Dundaria and Armo wants to see all the remnants of the Empire squashed to see themselves superior.
Agriculture & Industry
The Imperrium is deivided in two regarding infrastruncture. The northern parts mostly thrive in agriculture because of large and open plains that are easy to farm and don't suffer a lot during winter, the most grown plants are olives, rubarbs, oregeno, thyme, lentils, potatoes. The southern part near the sea engages in a lot of industry producing a range of resources ships and other seafaring tools like anchors, sails, ropes and containers for goods, providing resources to private ventures for a price. Hellians are also known for their olive oil, fishing industry, pharmaceuticals and steel production.
Trade & Transport
Biggest trade partners to Hellia are: Xerograd, Veluca, The Triton confederation, Dwarves of the crystal mountains and the Alinorian Federated Kingdom. Most of the country's trade is made by sea going through it's port cities, but there are still land routes connecting them to inland of the continent. The country is a haven for traveling merchants for it's comparatively low tax rate and positioning along the sea of angels. Trade is relatively safe due to mutual trade protection pact between the Hellian Imperium and the Velucan kingdom, but some sacking of ships does still occur due to Cultists of the crushing wave nesting under the waves or in small islands, sometimes ships get claimed by sea beasts collecting treasure, or by natural disasters, but it is hard to say due to these causes rarely leaving any survivors. The transport infrastructure is strong in Hellias, due to many ships going in and out of cities, many owned by the state and many more owned by privateers. The Roads here have stood since the empire and are still very well managed due to the roads being a symbol of the empire and hellians trying to preserve it's memory and use it to realize themselves as it's inheritors.
Education
The Imperium has schools opened by churches and by the state all trough it's lands, most of these are opened by churches of Ioun and Mystra, even Tempus has a school of warfare in Cretolli. Iouns schools mainly teach the natural sciences, medicine and philosophy, Tempus schools teach military, naval and logistic theories, Mystra's are overseen by the state and the knights of the star and teach upcomming wizards in the legal schools of magic (Transmutation, Evocation, Divination and Abjuration).
Infrastructure
The Imperial roads still stand strong here allowing ease of access on land, aquaducts run water from the hills surrounding the cities, A few of the largest cities have working teleportation circles allowing officials to transport instantly. There are only a few castles that are in a fighting shape that are not near the borders, most of them are now glorified villas for the nobles, with no real modern defenses. The old imperial forts have been repurposed for the use of Hellians

Legislative Body
The Guilded Council is the so called continuation of the Imperial senate of old is responsible for any new laws or taxes being created in the imperium. The legislative body is made up from representatives of the royal and merchant family members and burgher envoys from the big cities. The post are either inherited or if a family of a cities ruling head are removed or died out are then appointed by the head of state.
Judicial Body
Hellias keeps the tradition of Tyronite judges and officials, the law is carried out by local or currently residing officially recognized military forces.
