Cieren

Cieren runs a small tailor shop in Brilk called Cieren's Seams. He is best described as an "odd duck." Between the way he dresses, speaks, and acts, you would expect him to be from some foreign land, but he was born and raised in Brilk. Despite his oddities he is quite good at his job. He has a keen eye for fashion and a steady hand when making clothes. Its not clear why he will not apply that same sense to his own dress but everyone agrees Brilk just wouldn't be the same without him.
