Raymond

Raymond is the captain of the guards in Brilk. He is not particularly skilled but he did serve in the Leonis military for many years before returning home. He only has eight men under his command but they do a fair job protecting the town. He has the respect of men because he is the kind of leader that takes the crap jobs right alongside them. He has a very deep mistrust of nobility, especially those in The Gilded Dragon.
