Splicers Guild

The Splicers Guild are a very secretive bunch. They guard the secrets of Alchemy from outsiders but are willing to provide their services for a price. The primary guild hall is location in Neshi but very few people have seen it. Generally people reach out through the few tiny guild halls located in major cities.
Since so little is known about their art, and they tend to be a standoffish group, most people give give them a wide berth. The general populous are too scared of them to even consider their services but the rich and powerful have enough money and influence to feel safe in splicer care. There are frequently rumors about the guild kidnapping people and running illegal experiments on them but anytime authorities find any such operations they are condemned as rouge elements.
