Dark Matter Stimulation
Placing gold capsules filled with M33 in a ring and passing an electric current through the capsules ignites the M33 and distorts the surrounding dark matter in the Omura Effect, also called ‘stimulation’. Direction and effect of this stimulation is dictated by molecule alignment (directed by magnetism), and intensity and distance are altered by the amount of electricity used.
The Omura Effect warps dark matter, the space, without altering the time. It takes an impossible amount of power to overcome the strong and weak nuclear forces with the Omura Effect, making matter annihilation a non-weapon. This means dastardly villains won’t be able to destroy a planet by flying a ship into it at FTL. The field would break down when it hit the ground (or even the atmosphere, if it's thick enough) and the ship would crash at relativistic speeds. The effect still can be used to move objects or people, simulate gravity, negate inertia, and move starships. This concept can also be extrapolated to a smaller-scale, soldier-born use.
