The Wakan

The Wakan are the cadet branch of the Uzwela. After the Kronian invasion they migrated south and settled along the coast. The climate and forestation reminded the Wakan of their Uzwela homelands. Though they retained much of their original culture, the Wakan developed a second facet to their society. Where the woods of Uzwela were plenty to sustain all the Uzwela, here along the coast the Wakan were forced into fisheries. They incorporated this aspect into their culture.
