The Yia's

The Yia’s are the direct descendants of The Zaiar, and the brother culture of The Chi's. They were given independence for the sole reason of buffering between The Clan of the Kehsekai and The High Kingdom of Zaigos. This may have been the origin of the Yia’s but now they have created themselves a distinct culture to the Zaiar. Their position as protectors in the mountains has led to the development of various regions and subcultures within the Yia’s, one for every valley. And this diversity and adaptability has been their greatest virtue over the years. They have thrown off countless Kehsekai invasions and slowly moved further into ancient Kehsekai lands, making the new lands, flora and fauna their own.
