My liege, on the 29th of Aðar a sandstorm hit the counties of Mesin, Ner Oa, Oa, Si Oa, Th'alkhan Morr and Th'alkhanner. A great deal of livestock and supplies have been lost. We must aid the peasantry!
Our liege, Emperor Jan-Freerk I Ot-O'randa, gave no aid, the peasantry will sort itself out.
