Amedea and Theophilia are the first of the phase 2 Nanotypes and the progenitors for the development of future phases. They are unique as their nanotypes are able to adapt and copy the abilities of other Nanotypes.
They had been freed from Neuronet and are living under the care of Dr Hallewell.

• Puzzles - Both Amedea and Theophilia enjoy puzzles and puzzle games, working together on them if one looks to be struggling.
• Outdoors - The two Nanotypes enjoy being outside, though they will wander off if not supervised.

• Reading - Neither Amedea and Theophilia seem to be interested in reading any kinds of books, though they do like looking books with lots of pictures in.
• Storms - While Amedea finds bad weather to be more of an annoyance, Theophilia gets frightened by thunder and harsh rain.

• Christopher Green - Amedea and Theophilia liked Christopher as he was a regular face and treated them well, however they didn't seem too affected by his death.
