The Royal Fleet is relieved by the arrival of the Iron Fleet, led by Prince Targaryen of Summerhall and Lord Greyjoy. The four are victorious and slay the false Blackfyre who reveals himself to only be a masquerading Lyseni pirate, but none of the dragon eggs are recovered.

A decimated Royal Fleet is bolstered by the sudden arrival of the Iron Fleet. It seemed an impossibility; the Ironborn had never been fast friends of the Greenlanders, who'd pushed their rebellion down in the past. But now, led by King Greyjoy and Prince Targaryen of Summerhall, the might of the Iron Price bears down on the Blackfyre supporters and so, they are crushed like ants under boot. The flagship Blackfyre is sunk to the bottom of the Narrow Sea, and the eggs once intended for Queen Daenerys are lost to the Narrow Sea.
