Guildmaster
Responsibilities
The guildmaster is responisble for managing the societies funding, construction, as well as organizing archeological digs. They also must manage the members themselves, assigning duties to each of the guild members that is appropriate to thier respective skillsets. Not only this but they act as the face for the orginazation, partaking in all manner of meetings with the nobility of each resptective kingdom the guild has a base in.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
A guild master may be removed if the majority of members of the society believe they are doing a poor job. A vote would be held at the most recent meeting of the guild to decide on if they should be removed. Although this has never happened in the years that The Maeon Archeological and Encyclopedist Society has been active.
