During a meeting of the Consilium, the remaining mages of the Towers Cabal are raised to full Mage from her status as apprentices. They each receive their Coin allotment and are assigned a Safe Place, but immediately petition to trade their individual Safe Places in for a better, communal, Safe Place. After a bit of a bidding war, the Towers Cabal manages to acquire a Safe Place and a Hallow.
