The Consilium of Chicagoland

The Consilium of Chicagoland is the governing body over every cabal in it's bounds. For whatever reason, every Mage since 1871 has done their works within the bounds of Chicago proper. Thus, no Cabals work or exist outside the City despite the vastness of the Territory the Prince of Chicagoland claims...meaning that The City is largely under the rule of Coeuselli during the day.
