Oscar is human male originally from Dessi and studied to be a Dessi battle-mage. As such, he is a novice practitioner of Magi Magic . But, early in his studies he determined that he was better skilled in the world of business. He has a strong belief in being prepared for any eventuality, and has a tendency to invest heavily in redundant systems and backup gear.
He departed Dessi and ventured into the Stornlands. After a number of small ventures with the Midlin Family he journeyed to Somerland to join the nascent Sommerlund Adventurer's Guild . After being assigned to SAG Team #7 , he adventured with them in the Northern area of Sommerlund before deciding that he was not fit for adventuring.
He left the group in June of MS 5085, and settled in Holmgard .
