The Doomsday Dalesmen head into the Boden peaks to investigate the spread of Noodnics and giant rats into Ilion. Since they were implicated in a number of attacks, the Dalesmen follow their trail to the Rodemus Tower.
There they clash with a wizard establishing himself with control over an isolated Noodnic and rat population. The dalesmen slay him and leave the tower abandoned once again.
