Having tracked the leadership of the Slavers of the Yellow Sails to Skull Island , The Loser's Club masquerades as merchant's agents and infiltrates Suderham .

In their investigation, they meet Solist D'talak who informs them that the last few years of raiding have been at he direction of multiple Illthyri, Shianti subrace noble houses. He joins them as they all intrude into the Slavelords' headquarters to find corroborating evidence. They are all taken prisoner and subjected to questioning.
