• All beer is confiscated for the armies
• All fires after sunset are made illegal
• Riding horses is declared illegal
  

The Circle intervenes after a short discussion with Bellis and discovers the details of the betrayal during an encounter with the Drodarin of Rockhome .
In a stunning reversal, Xanathon of the Center Druids turns on Draco Strom and delivers the cure to Stephan Strom . Draco is condemned to death while Stephan Strom remains Prince and the alliance with the Cener Druids is solidified.
