Exploration of Quasqueton

Expedition

SAG Team #7 sets out to investigate rumors of the Hidden Temple at the Caves of Chaos . Calamity strikes and they are forced to flee down darkened tunnesl to Quesqueton. They explore Quasqueton and find their way back to Macsen Keep .

After a few probing trips to the Caves of Chaos , SAG Team #7 decides to surveil the entrance to what they believe is an alternative entrance to the Hidden Temple to Naar .

An exploratory foray ends horribly with the team surrounded by the undead and trapped inside. They flee down and abandoned tunnel and collapse the structure behind them. They find that the tunnel is over 30 miles long. They quickly use up the oil and torches and find themselves travelling in darkness. With nowhere to go, they continue down the tunnel and find themselves in Quasqueton .

They explore Quasqueton to the best of their ability, encountering undead, traps and scattered paranormal creatures. In one secluded room, the team discovers and releases an entity trapped in a pentagram. It appears as a half-elven male in his mid thirties but claims to have been trapped for hundreds of years. The entity thanks them and departs peacefully.

In their wandering they encounter Skarg and a troop of Giak s searching for legendary weapons. While tense due to the slaves held by Skarg , the meeting ends peacefully with the giaks providing supplies and directing the team to the surface exit.  After SAG Team #7 , Skarg discovers Kai'shan and returns with it to the Caves of Chaos .

SAG Team #7 climbs to the surface and makes their way back through the Darklands and back to Macsen Keep .
