Cacesterian Envoy Arrives to the Capital
    Diplomatic action

A diplomat from Cacester, King Julius's loyal vassal city, arrives to the capital. When he enters the throne room, Beatrix is resting her foot on a chair, covered in the flag of General Marcus's house. The diplomat looks at it, to which Beatrix responds that she broke her foot when she kicked one of Marcus's men during the fight. The diplomat is very impressed, and asks about the flag, to which Beatrix responds with a grim smile, that his family won't be needing it anymore.    The diplomat takes a few seconds to think, before he declares that Cacester always has been loyal to the royal family, and will continue during so in the future.
