Elias Eltyr is a Shield Warden and member of the Circle of Aquorra the Ascendant.  Elias was once a promising member of the Circle, and figured prominently in a number of high profile adventures before falling from the good graces of his Order.
His turn of fortune led him to Lasthome, where he now resides doing odd jobs and eking out a living with his myriad skills and natural charisma. 
Elias recently became mentor to a young Circle Initiate named Aaura.
