Brineveil Forest
It's a journey I've made every single year since I was but a small child, and I don't intend on quitting now just because you expect me to work myself to death each day! You really have such nerve, trying to keep me from my pilgrimage just to make sure the wheat in our field hasn't run away, or something. The Brineveil Forest is a region within the Kingdom of Arsavela, named for the saltwater it carries on the breeze from the northern shores of Nefyran.
Cold Ocean Breeze
The wind whistles between the trees of this large stretch of forest, bringing winds from Nefyran's northern shores, which are known for their especially high concentration of sea salt caked upon the shores and crystalized in large formations upon rocks in the tide pools. To some, this is a refreshing region to journey through, enjoying the briny breezes. Whether the breezes are agreeable or not, however, this region provides a well-maintained clear road between the cities of Aurel and Fiffan, with a stop at the Church of Dawn in between, if one is so inclined to visit. The Urisian Kingdoms are ever welcoming to travelers from Arsavela, and often does house such visitors for a short time while they recover from their journeys to the Church of Dawn. At the north of the region is the port city Silverbay, which is the primary shipping port utilized by Arsavela, and acts as a modest trade hub — this modesty being largely due to having limited trading space of its own. The majority of trade materials and goods which enter Silverbay simply continue to move along to caravans traveling between the settlement and Aurel or Fiffan in Uris Braena. You can certainly taste the salt on the wind the moment you stray from the path ahead
