The Chroniker

Within the center of Phaloxil's rural greens resides the tower of Atrigor, the Dominus Porta. The door to the tower construct's itself, twisting through the bricks, at Atrigor's demand. Additionally, the top third of the tower has a secondary second turret suspended off of it by a small bridge. To the marvel of the common folk, this secondary tower is not stationary but will in fact swivel around the tower though doing so is rare. The turret is only adjust when the Dominus Porta is at work and it rapid moves to it's new position, staying there until a new rotational position is needed.
The mage tower serves more than a home for the archmage. The combination of the township placements and the curve of the Ombul River flowing around the open green forms a minor peninsula about the tower. Ringing around 90% of the tower's greens are seventeen standing stones. The shadow that the Chroniker casts across these stone is used as a sundial to track the time of day that operates unerringly.
