The renewed quartet of the  Sapphire Oath cement their relationship with the Vizconde Iarnan and plan for the project's unveiling.

The next day, the companions returned to the Vizconde Iarnan to report in. After hearing of all they had been through beyond the simple mold extermination, the vizconde matched his payment to Zith to every party member as well as supplied a healing potion to each in compensation to what had been used. Once this business was finished, conversation shifted to the Skyport project itself.
  Iarnan was willing to begin the project on a few conditions. The largest condition was that this be a fully public endeavor. He and his advisor felt that the safest was to do this was to be fully in the open and invite other members of the community to join in. With the Condesa Akoujan's shadowy actions in the past, being out in the open would make any retaliation against the Vizconde dangerous for her. Vizconde Iarnan wanted to publically announce the coming project during the upcoming Harvest festival on the equinox. With the Sapphire Oath growing reputation as adventuring heroes, he want them to be present at the announcement to gain as many positive perspectives around this as possible. The only danger here was that the adventurers would be less protected by the politics of Argil and more likely to take the Condesa's retaliation. This was something they were willing to risk though.
