The Trius Concord

The Trius Concord is the document created at the formation of the Council of Midara. It is the beginning of the constitution of the empire that now spans more than half of Malyk. This document was widely accepted, as nearly everywhere else was in conflict, in an effort to regain control after the Hexadraconic War. The Trius Concord is known to be the most unified and radically accepted document drafted my mankind.   Although amended throughout the history of the council, it outlines the basis of how the council operates, as well as how laws are altered, added, expunged, and enforced. It also outlines the basic rights of all citizens of the council's territory and how to decide who is on the council. The members of the council later became known as Praetors.   Although the document itself is not available for public viewing, many copies and transcripts are available, and are required to be studied at a basic level in preliminary school by all child students throughout the Council of Midara. There have been many revisions and amendments to the Trius Concord, in separate documents, but the original constitution remains unaltered.   It is not fully known as to why the original document remains so closely hidden by the council.

They did confirm on one of their streams that all sections count for word count, so it shouldn't be an issue. Thanks again!
