Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Lean and athletic body. She developped a high muscle endurance through various gliding practices, work, and free time.
Body Features
She however is often seen with bruises and scratches as she crashes often of landing for her job.
Identifying Characteristics
Cagilia has numerous tatoos she got from her homeland. Most look on the heron at her knee. Her uniqu spyglass also makes her more reckognisable.
Physical quirks
Colorblindess. Cagilia struggles to differentiate shades of red.
Apparel & Accessories
When working, Cagilia is required to wear a magnifying glass to compensate her colorblindness to differentiate signal colors and others needs of her job demanding a high-quality eyesight. She however as only a glass for one eye, as the technology was pricey and she received that one as a generous gift.
Specialized Equipment
Cagilia is equipped with pufferfish to alleviates crashes, a glider, a container which also filters water when she travels on water, and rollerblades for landing. She also wears regularly a long star hat to cover from the sun.

Cagilia has an uncanny talent to land dangerously and crash on nearby solid objects, but she always had another thing to help her: by getting so much used to struggle landing, she mastered the "fall" and manages to hit herself minimally and absorb shock when she meets the ground. However, trees are still an issue.
She also has a talent to repair little simple objects and her own glider.

She is twitchy and often more around with her rollers and goes off-balance for time to time. she struggles to stay in one place.

She contacts bodies of water regularly while working, but it gave her a bit of a salty odor depending on which water bodies she will pass by to deliver the goods.

Cagilia is a recurrent visitor of Mana since she often has contracts nearby her delivery zone. She becomes over time delegated to her for any letter contacts as time progressed. Cagilia is extrovert and a bit of a blabbermouth, she enjoys talking and discovering new things or news from different lands. She however lacks a bit of knowing when to stop and can stretch into many different topics, spreading her attention elsewhere.

Being fluent in trade hands, she usually had some hand gestures to emphasis her talk while she goes in a monologue. She gives energetic handshakes and makes them move a lot like wet noodles.
