Identifying Characteristics

One particular feature appeared on him after the attunement with the flamming cauldron of (location). Any open wound would result in his blood spontaneously combusting with contact of air, producing an ephemeral blue flame.  This affect all of those rightfully having the Secret King/Queen title.

Ruler in a strange land

After the capture of the island and the dispatching of the naval forces of (), Caspari ordered the remaining settlers to continue their building task, but that they would be under new management.

This ritual gave him a blessing and earned him the title of Secret King to proclaim for himself. While being known by other, the 'secret' in the name was originally for the island as it was deemed some secret paradise.
He then proceeded to send his fleet to gather extra workforce to kickstart the building of the foundations which would soon become Newmoon Cove . 4 years later, he launched the project to create a mining settlement, AshenMount . This helped him produce a valuable amount of primary and transformed ressources handy for any seafarers. By Newmoon Cove was destined to become a multicultural and multi-purposed entertainment hub, as Caspari knew a fleet's morale was as handy as a trusty ship. he thus decided to make his main port town an access to all free men to gather ressources, trade, and pass the night in good company, away from prying eyes of naval fleets from other countries that would like to get the island for their own interest, mainly as a strategic point.

Caspari had private tutelage by reknown teachers at his family's estate. He specialised in many fields related to seafaring and boating, and also was deemed quite a capable duelist at a young age.

Employment

Having to escape from his home country and becoming a renegade, Caspari and his loyal followers had no more choice than to live as parias. As other countries may have disregarded their capacities, and their nobility rights lost, piracy became the closest thing him and his retainers could do. He lived a pirate life till his death.

Failures & Embarrassments

He feels embarrassment for not having the will to fight and die for his family when the adjudicators came at the estate, despite his parents not wanting him to be involved and preferring that he'd escape. He feels like he betrayed his lineage, and because of said bloodline, some in his early career used this as an insult, calling him a 'silver spooned' soft water sailor. Those insults became less frequent as they were quickly resolved through a bullet in the perpretator's head.

Mannerisms

Caspari was among the 1% of most mannered among pirates, mostly thanks to his heritage and the feeling of keeping etiquette made him different from 'beastmen' as he would call less savory individuals he had to deal with. If he expected his guests or contacts to be informal and rude, he would simply not show to the meeting and leave the job to his First Mate. He expected a minimum of mannerisms to his men both during sailing and outside of it. Those weren't always following the rules, but tried especially when he was nearby.

Hobbies & Pets

Caspari had his own batch of waterstrider lizards, as he fished a young female specimen that was hanging on his fishing line while he was young, he kept it. The original gave had some offspring during it's lifespan, which allowed Caspari to keep one of them as a personnal familiar after the original's death.
