Adrew Stolitz
Adrew Stolitz was the head foreman of the Rainbow Starlight Energy Plant from 1920 to 2028. He is a member of the prominent Stoliz family (father: Jothan, mother: Kizzy, and older brother: Deve). He is married to his wife Molli for 115 years, and the two of them have two sons together, Saros and Ceilo, born five years apart in 1922 and 1927.
He is tall; a stocky man from a lifetime of hard work, with greying hair, cropped close to his head, and rough hands that have not lost their calluses, even in retirement. He does not prescribe to any of the modern fashion trends, still wearing his old work clothes. He talks with a slow drawl that belies his education, and his direct way of speaking means that almost everything he says is taken as truth.
As head foreman, he was well-liked by the staff that was underneath him. He was a tough, but fair boss, who always knew when his employees needed leeway verse a hard hand. The men who worked for them speak very highly of him, all while cursing the name of their current foreman, who they believe couldn't give a rat's barrel whether or not trying to meet the impossible quotas set was going to kill/injure anyone. He worked the floor himself and prided himself on the fact that there was no job in the building that he couldn't do. Management was never quite so keen on Adrew, but the well-connected family that he came from meant there was nothing they could do about it (and Adrew knew this too, to his advantage).
The Stoliz Bridge was built in his honor, and it's the only real story anyone has of him ever losing control - when he burst into the council in the middle of their chambers and demanded they build the bridge for him. Deve, who was on the council at the time, was so mortified over the uncharacteristic interruption that he pushed to have the motion passed through and the bridge built as soon as possible.
He spends his days taking care of home improvement projects on not only his, but his sons, apartment buildings (his retirement was practically forced on him by his wife and doctor when he had a mild heart condition in the winter of 2028, and he misses the job more than almost anything). Around the Northern Pine Ranch, he is someone to go to if you need a minor home repair, and don't want to call one of the more expensive services in Northern Bright Bay. He's happy to trade services for a good bottle of something strong.
