Uruk-Vosha
The city of Uruk-Vosha is the capital of Helmlund. Uruk-Vosha is the holy city of the orc and they treat it as such. They don't allow any weapons within the city and every orc within the city will attempt to kill anyone who brings a weapon within the borders of the city. Uruk-Vosha is technically a part of Sunreach, but it is given special privileges to be allowed to keep their customs and not be required to follow the constitution of Sunreach, the only city given this exception. Citizens of Sunreach are warned not to enter Uruk-Vosha or enter the forests of Helmlund as the protections provided to them in the rest of Sunreach do not apply in the forests or the city.
Demographics
Uruk-Vosha is populated pretty much exclusively by orcs and half-orcs. The orcs treat it as their holy city and as such are rarely fond of letting outsiders in or especially living there. The orcs are very protective of the city and their traditions and don't want their customs to be destroyed or erased so they do what they can to keep them intact.
