Talynts

The Talynts are renowned across the galaxy as some of the best trained and equipped special forces across Markait. They are known for completing tasks that conventional militaries deemed impossible. The talynts are under the direct control of The Dynasty, and have been for nearly the entire history of the Hawd Empire.

They've a reputation for reliability, honor, and patriotism, never swaying in their duty to protect the Hawd Empire. Membership are drafted by the other military branches and by an imperial levy on the nobility of the star-bloc.

There are currently 12 major corps of talynts on the books under the dynasty's command, though there is talk and rumor of secret regiments that perform secret missions against Parliament and the Bureau. They are generally not fielded in more than platoon strength, and this is generally all that is needed to clean up a mess. They are deployed with a number of axuilary members that perform low-combat roles while the talynts handle the action.
