His ghost was reawakened by Trak Mordil, when the harva began renting the apartment. Trak would befriend the spirit, as Bloomek would utilize his psychic powers to play piano and help cure Trak's insomnia. After Trak's mysterious death, his nephew, Gano Girdiron moved in to uncover the truth of his uncles demise, founding the Court of Misfits. Confused by the newcomers entering his home, Bloomek began to utilize his poltergeist powers in an attempt to drive the intruders out. Eventually, the guild discovered his bones entombed in the wall, and nearly destroyed the spirit, but Gano, realizing that Bloomek was his closest connection to his late uncle, decides to spare the spirit, instead convincing it to join the guildhall as a official member, with the promise of helping to discover both his killer and the murderer of Trak Mordil.
Bloomek would continue to serve the guild, although he would be unable to ever leave the premise of the building. With the conversion of the apartment into the Rat King's Cellar, Bloomek used his ghostly abilities to both provide music and act as an invisible server for the tavern. Bloomeks presence in the guildhall helped protect it from intruders, as Bloomek was able to sense any who entered, utilizing this ability discover several people attempting to sneak into the building, including the notorious thief Luna Grey, who would later join the guild herself.
Bloomek would help protect the guild during the invasion of Nenu-Lan. Working together with the artificer Tuker Ironmind and the necromancer Brulun Mev, he was able to spread his spirit throughout the entire building, transforming it into a massive mechanical titan. The guild used it to destroy a front-line invasion, and then entered combat with an elder gold dragon named Therysion. Therysion was able to deal enough damage to the titan to bring it down, and Bloomeks last act in the battle was to ensure that the upon collapsing, he landed on top of the dragon, pinning it down and preventing it from escaping. While the collapse was not enough to kill the dragon, it was unable to fight back against the remaining guildmembers. As the guildhall was destroyed, a secret opening was discovered in the ground, and Bloomeks memories returned to him. Whispering his final thoughts to Gano before his essence dispersed, he informed him of his murderer: Sheev, the landlord of the building and the secret mastermind of the entire conflict of the tech-war.
