Dushī / ḩaf (/ˈduʃi/ (doo-sha-ee) /ħaf/ (hja-fa))
The currency of Ardlam, the Earth Realm. It is divided into three categories
Dushījum (referred casually as Jums) - The lowest form of Dushī, crafted out of copper or sandstone.
Dushīwiw (referred casually as Wiwas) - Dushi made of silver, each dushīwiw equals 10 dushījum.
Dushīkaya - (referred casually as Kayas) Dushi made of gold, each dushīkaya equals 10 dushīwiw.
Dushīʻimu - referred casually as Imua) The rarest and most expensive form of Dushi, each dushīʻimu is worth 10 dushīwiw.
The denizens of The Underrealm, which lays mostly beneath the surface of Ardlam, refer to their coins slightly differently, with ḩaf- replacing the Dushi phrase. (ḩafjum, ḩafwiw, ḩafkaya, and ḩafʻimu respectively)
Significance
Due to the people of the Underrealm valuing pure stone, Dushī / ḩaf are rated by how unworked and they are, thus Imuas are the largest and least intricite, and Jums small and detailed.
