With more renown comes monsters of all kind.

With the town becoming more connected with outside sources rumors started flying around, people started to move in, and the town itself had to press further into the Weeping Forest. With the push back on the forest its natural inhabitants started to get more agitated. The creatures of the woods would crawl closer to the town and snatch people from the town, along with some travelers on their way to the town. But it wasnt only the creatures who sought harm to the town. Bandits and thieves followed the rumors, stealing goods from the trades, travelers, and townsmen. Having relied solely on the forest as a defence, Hallow's End was in trouble.
