An Ogre Magi terrorizes Rai'jen

In the summer of Year 149, the Ogre Magi Gorjaranu, sought to claim Rai’jen for his own. The powerful creature summoned powerful demonic creatures called Oni to work his will upon the lands of Rai’jen.
  Lord Hashimoto called for all the heroes of the realm to battle the various forces summoned by the Ogre Magi. While these heroes managed to protect the city of Mitasa, no one could find the cause of the Oni’s attack.
  Then came Kiyoshi Rioko, eldest son of Miyuki Shika, who took up the Daisho in service to the Phoenix Emperor. This holy samurai and the heroes that flocked to his banner managed to seek out Gojaranu’s lair deep within the mountains north of Mitasa.
  Here, among the roots of the mountains, Kiyoshi met the Ogre Mage in personal combat. After a great conflict, Kiyoshi drove his katana through the heart of Gojaranu. As the creature died, it magic was absorbed into the katana’s blade, taking on a blue color and allowing the blade to unleash ice magic upon Kiyoshi’s enemies. This blade came to be known as Shimo Tatchi, a powerful heirloom in House Rioko.
