Rai'jen

Unlike many of the powers of Lerias in the third age, Rai’jen is not truly an independent land. It is in fact simply a province of the Ritsakan Empire.   It is commonly believed that the only reason that any people from Sebram survived the war was the stabilizing effort that Rai’jen provided. Currently, Rai’jen serves as the gate of the Sea of Shards, and its patrols strive to keep the warring groups within the sea contained.
