Rai'jen
Unlike many of the powers of Lerias
in the third age, Rai’jen is not truly an
independent land. It is in fact simply a
province of the Ritsakan Empire. Rai’jen was
claimed by the Ritsakans during the Great
War when that empire was commanded by
the Phoenix Emperor to travel to Lerias and
bring order to the Sea of Shards in the
aftermath of Arakeen’s attack on Sebram.
It is commonly believed that the only reason that any people from Sebram survived the war was the stabilizing effort that Rai’jen provided. Currently, Rai’jen serves as the gate of the Sea of Shards, and its patrols strive to keep the warring groups within the sea contained.
