An undersea race challenges Rai'jen

In the spring of year 194, shipments of supplies from Ritsaku were being attacked and looted by undersea forces. This was due to a dispute with the Tritons of the Eastern Ocean. These Tritons felt that the trade routes of Ritsaku were violating their territory.
  This lead to a long drawn out set of battles between Rai’jen and the Tritons. Over three years the two group battled back and forth with no real progress being made in either case. Eventually, the two agreed to meet for peace talks. During these talks it was discovered that the initial offense was actually committed by forces from Darkport in disguise.
  This revelation managed to help smooth over the problems with the Tritons but has intensified the animosity between Rai’jen and Darkport.
