The Magecity and Elvish island establish trade relations.

Due to a large gift of ancient texts dealing with elvish magics, the Council of Archmagi agreed to complete a portal to the new elvish capital of Talen’Seere. This portal, which is heavily restricted in its use, allows for trade between the elves and the mages of Drem.
