A thriving town populated predominately by rock gnomes, Tinkertown is the uncrowned lands unquestioned leader in technological advancement. With waterworks flowing, magic fizzling and metal banging, this bustling town is a hub of activity at all hours of the day. The gnomes and humans' inventions are impressive, and they would have been even more impressive had they been useful. Alas the philosophy of Tinkertown isn't so utilitarian, and for every invention that makes life better for the average joe there are a dozen prototypes that are either hilariously useless or scarily dangerous.
