Little is known of the son of Moredo and likely heir to the post of Magistrate for life in Lys: not very dissimilar in physique to his father, Lotho seems to be the opposite in his personal dispositions. If the father is a gregarious type, despite his inner conflicts, the son keeps to himself, buried behind the registries of the Rogare Bank (he is the de facto controller of it, much more than his father would probably like) and to some yet undisclosed patronages. There are rumours that the young boy has a keen passion for esoterism, although in Essos it could mean from reading books of the Faith to the Seven, to experimenting on the dead. Some say that the curious retired way of living of Lotho Rogare is more the fruit of an accord between father and son to keep away the scandal while leaving Lotho the liberty to pursue his odd passions. Yet, there will be a time when the man will be called to act in public, where we could be expecting a few surprises...
