Demographics
The city is mostly Pallid Elves and Dark Elves, as well as lesser amounts of Shadar-Kai and High Elves.
Government
The city is a magocracy run by the Dominovem, a council of nine powerful wizards, whose identities are hidden, of varying Elvish branches found within the city, but mainly Pallid Elves. It is also partially a Theocracy, led by the worship of the Pallid Matron.
Defences
The city is well-defended by the Shadar-Kai, a subrace of elves defined as Pallid Elves or Drow empowered by the Rite of Ascension, most of whom are very well-trained in the dunamantic arts, lunar magic, or psi-based fighting styles. They are placed as guards, held in the militia, and even as personal bodyguards for the members of the Dominovem.
Assets
Lunaeris is very rich in (and the only source of) Pallerite, a crystalline material harvested from the vestige of the Pallid Matron and used in various rituals in Lunaerian culture, such as the Rite of Ascension, to amplify spells, or to inscribe magical tattoos.

Architecture
The buildings are mainly made of whitewashed limestone or concrete, with domed rooves of tinted or stained glass, and adorned with vines and other bushes. Many buildings are also inlaid with gold filigree patterning. Various parts of the city are raised above others, so stairs are abundant. Many bridges also exist, due to the nature of the city being partially built around and above the sea. Many statues of the Pallid Matron and fountains of crystal clear water adorn common areas abundant with greenery imported from the nearby boreal forests.
Geography
The settlement is situated on the northeastern coast of Enethor, in the continent's boreal forest, partially over the ocean. From the partially raised districts of the city, you can look out towards the icy north of Chilldrift, or towards the alpine tundra of Lemrath.
Climate
The city is generally cold, holding a constant boreal autumn temperature (between 5°C and 20°C). The area around is also magically enchanted to be constantly night time, reflecting the night sky on the date that the Pallid Matron fell, notably before the eclipse.
