The circle’s wisest members preside as the chief priests of communities that hold to the Old Faith and serve as advisors to the rulers of those folk.

Always moving the circle of forest and never stay in one place. But they always tend to stay in in grassy areas. The leader of the circle is tipically choosen by birth of the first leader unless that leader had no kids then it would be passed to someone else.
