Captain Gragir Thermer
Captain of the Guard, Gragir Thermer
Being the Guard Captain in the city like Moon Terrace is no easy feat, but captain Gragir from clan Thermer has done mostly admirable job. Trying handle insanity of the city, managing of his subordinates and dodging the wrath of governor Grong Khelersh is already taxing and trying to manage a relationship and raise magically talented daughter when you yourself have no arcane qualifications yourself is a taunting task to anybody. But Gragir does his very best to handle it all with great dignity.
Often seen just a extension of the governor he serves, Gragir has an ungreatful job of keeping the balance between the governor and locals, while making sure that justice is served.
In game, Elflings have had few encounters with Gragir, and while some of them have been more positive than others, feelings between characters at this point are neutral. Bheregsard Cerxil lives on same barracks as Gragir's family, so he is somewhat familiar with the guard captain.
Physical Description
Body Features
Gragir is a large, blue-scaled dragonborn with sizable horns adjacent to neck frills like one of a red dragon, mixed with a distinctively short snout, similar in shape to a one of a bronze dragon but with a significant underbite. He is just little over 2 metres tall and has a strong, muscular frame that ends on a tail. His eyes are gleaming yellow, and his voice is harsh.
Gragir isn't that handsome due to his short snout, (quite the opposite in fact,) though it very much makes him look particularly intimidating.

Family Ties
You wouldn't guess it by his public persona and amount of work he does, but Gragir is very much a family man. For clan alliance purposes, Gragir entered a marriage agreement with Priseth Kilyax, and from the agreement, Gragir got their daughter Gligar as part of the Thermer clan.
After the agreement expired, Gragir became a single parent of Gligar, and while rarely showing it to the outside world he is very proud of his daughter, even if her shyness cases him a headache. Dragonborn are supposed to be proud and loud, not scared and hiding behind their books! He still has a friendly relationship with Priseth.
These days, Gragir doesn't raise his daughter alone. He has find a life-partner from his childhood friend and clanmate Narxas. Sadly, the couple has very little time to spend together of late, but together they try to make their small family work as smoothly as possible. If Gragir would be any other race, some might be shocked by his choice of a male mate, but dragonborns do not care and non-dragonborn are notoriously bad at discerning genders of Dragonborn anyway, so most citizens don't really seem to even notice.
He actually sounds like a really lovely man.
